If I request the Free Trial Version, are there any obligations?
No, the demo is without any further obligations. However, we do require your contact details for customer reference and support.
When is my demo ready?
We will set up a demo account for you as soon as possible. Your demo account is usually ready for use the same day. You can get started at once.
Can I use FileFlow with a smartphone or tablet?
Whether you work at home or at the office, you have 24 hours a day direct access to your FileFlow portal on your smartphone, tablet or iPad. Tag the photos you make on the spot and upload them directly to FileFlow.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No! You pay a monthly fee and can cancel the account with a period of 1 month’s written notice.
What if I need more storage space?
No problem! The basic package consists of 50 GB storage space but can easily be expanded. Just ask for our special conditions.
Is it possible to link FileFlow to other software packages?
Yes. If desired, we can offer access to our API. This meets the REST standard and can communicate with JSON. Feel free to contact us for more information and rates.
